I am a Ventura County farm and ranch Realtor® specializing in avocado and lemon orchards, agricultural land, and rural properties. After earning my bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Systems Management with a minor in Agricultural Business from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, I entered real estate to combine my education with my passion for Ventura County agriculture—specifically orchard management and farm and ranch real estate. I’m a Realtor® on the Paul Ward Home and Ranch Team, where I focus on helping clients buy and sell farms, groves, ranches, and country homes in Ventura County.

In addition to my background in agriculture, I offer local expertise in Ventura County water availability and a deep understanding of conventional, organic, and regenerative farming practices. My commitment to serving growers and landowners at a high level led me to obtain both a Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) license and a Pest Control Adviser (PCA) license, giving my clients an added layer of insight when evaluating soil health, crop potential, and long-term land value.
